The PL-501 Auto
Loader is capable of feeding the  505, 272 bookfeeders. It
will also feed a number of other manufacture’s book feeding
pockets . The books are placed onto the loader conveyer in a high
single or brick piled configuration. The flexibility of the PL- 501 Loader
allows the customer to feed books either spine or head leading into
the host pocket. The outfeed of the loader strips the books into a proper
shingle prior to loading the assigned bookfeeder. The PL-501 is on
adjustable slides so that the loader can be moved with ease.
This allows for easy, quick make-readies when adjusting from
min to max books. The PL-501 can also be interfaced to offline
mailers and polybaggers. The rugged
design lends itself to years of trouble free operation.
