PL 906PBL & PBVL

The PL-906PBVL and the PL-906PBL are designed to interface to most flat horizontal pockets. The Perfect Bound pocket loaders eliminate the need for jogging product. This is accomplished through a series of lifters, belts, and air blast that separate each signature. The PBVL will take a stack of brick piled signatures, up to four feet high, and shingle them out into the feed tray on a horizontal pocket. The PBL has an eight foot bed that accepts either brick piled or logged product and will shingle these signatures into a horizontal pocket. The make-ready adjustments are minimal and, like all gear, is made durable enough to run 24/7 at top speeds.
