Sort your unbound signatures that have been rejected from your adhesive binder.  The SIMFeed 45’s unique arrangement of a vacuum belt and two air bars allows signatures of different pagination to be separated.  The individual signatures pass under a cognex camera and the image is transferred to the computer.  The computer searches its programmed picture memory and signals the correct reject station to lift the signature to the designated.  has built 30 pocket systems that will store up to 5 separate runs for maximum efficiency.
